Lensight, operated by APEX RIPPLE PTE. LTD. (Singapore), offers paid subscriptions for software access. This policy explains when refunds are available.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New paid subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment for any reason. To request a refund, contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
Recurring Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges. To avoid a renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account dashboard. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Plans
Annual plans are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.
Service Issues
If you experience a significant Service outage or technical issue that materially impacts your use, contact [email protected]. We review such cases individually and may issue partial credits or refunds at our discretion.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
