Lensight (the "Service") is owned and operated by APEX RIPPLE PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore with registered address at 91 Bencoolen Street, #12-03, Sunshine Plaza, Singapore 189652 ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lensight is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-generated market research, educational content, market data, and personalized alerts. The Service is informational only.

Lensight is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not open brokerage accounts, route or execute orders, hold or transmit customer funds or securities, or provide custody of any assets, including digital assets.

3. No Investment Advice

All content on the Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information found on the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions grant access to additional Service features. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are for software access only and are not payment for any financial product or service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (b) resell or redistribute Service content; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (d) interfere with the Service's security or operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks on the Service are owned by Lensight or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use during your subscription period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. AI-generated content may contain errors. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of profits or investment losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
